Shipment processing time
We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. will be processed the following business day. For in-stock items, we take up to 2 working days for packing & processing, prior to dispatch. This is effective from receipt of payment. Should we need to manufacture stock, please allow for a further 10-12 working days manufacturing time (excluding courier). Please feel free to contact us to query stock levels/current lead times as these do change during busier times. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR PACKING & PROCESSING PRIOR TO COLLECTION/DESPATCH

Shipping rates and delivery estimates
You are welcome to collect/send a courier company to collect on your behalf from our Johannesburg (Randburg) location. If you choose this option, kindly inform us if a courier will be collecting on your behalf. Collection details will be emailed to you once your order is ready. We charge a R130-00 (incl. VAT) flat rate door-to-door courier for main centre in Gauteng up to 5kg. We reserve the right to change delivery prices at any time.
Please allow for 3-5 working days for courier purposes. Outlying areas may incur a longer delivery time.

International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will be emailed a tracking number once your package has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to be captured by the courier company.
Damages
The Krinkle Paper Co is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
