Wholesale Terms and Condittions

Minimum Order Quantity

We only supply our crinkle paper in 100g bags for resale. Minimum quantity on any wholesale order is 200 packs of 100g each (20kg).

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR). All approved wholesale customers will receive 50% off the RRP, plus the cost of shipping. Our RRP for 100g is currently R35 so the wholesale price is R17.50 per 100g bag.

Lead Times

Please allow at least 5 -10 working days from the time of your order for completion of order. Larger orders may require more time; please contact us for information about availability prior to ordering. Lead times may be extended during busy periods.

Shipping

Shipping is not included in the cost of goods. Orders will be shipped by the Seller via local courier. Alternatively, orders may be shipped by any method arranged for by the Customer. Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier.

We do not ship international orders at this time.

Damages and Defects

The Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Any merchandise with visible damage must be noted to the delivery service upon receipt in the Customer’s warehouse. Customer shall notify Seller in writing within 5 days of customer’s receipt of the merchandise of any claims for damages resulting from any defect in the merchandise discovered by Customer, including, without limitation, claims related to shortages, quality, or specification. Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.

Changes to Pricing & Products

Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of shipping. The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change packaging and any included documentation. All orders are subject to availability.

Confidentiality

Wholesale prices and pricelists of the Seller’s products is confidential, and for the use of the Customer only. Publishing or revealing the wholesale pricing of the Seller’s product line outside of the business of the Customer is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from the Seller. Failure to preserve the Seller’s confidentiality in its wholesale pricing will result in the immediate and permanent termination of wholesale status of the Customer. The Seller reserves the right to seek compensation for any loss or damages that would result from any breach of confidentiality.
