Simple, straightforward terms for approved Krinkle Paper Co wholesale customers. Please review these before submitting or confirming your order.

How to Order
Wholesale orders can be submitted directly to Krinkle Paper Co by email. If your business uses a formal procurement process, we also accept Purchase Orders.

Businesses using a purchasing or procurement system may email us their official Purchase Order instead.
We confirm your order
We will confirm availability, expected lead time and applicable order details before fulfilment.
We prepare your order
Once confirmed, your order enters our wholesale fulfilment process. We will let you know when it is ready for dispatch or collection.
Minimum Order Quantity
We supply our wholesale crinkle paper in 100g bags for resale.
The standard minimum quantity on a wholesale order is 100 packs of 100g each, equivalent to 10kg.
Wholesale Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Approved wholesale customers receive 50% off the recommended retail price, plus the cost of shipping.
Our recommended retail price for a 100g bag is currently R40.00, making the current wholesale price R20.00 per 100g bag.
R40 RRP → R20 wholesale per 100g bag, excluding shipping.
Lead Times
Please allow at least 5–10 working days from the time of your order for completion.
Larger orders may require more time. Please contact us for information about availability prior to ordering.
Lead times may be extended during busy periods.
Shipping
Shipping is not included in the cost of goods.
Orders will be shipped by the Seller via local courier.
Alternatively, orders may be shipped by any method arranged for by the Customer.
The Seller will not be responsible for shipping delays caused by a carrier.
International Orders
We do not ship international orders at this time.
Damages & Defects
The Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt.
Any merchandise with visible damage must be noted to the delivery service upon receipt in the Customer’s warehouse.
The Customer must notify the Seller in writing within 5 days of receipt of any claim for damages resulting from any defect in the merchandise discovered by the Customer.
This includes, without limitation, claims relating to shortages, quality or specification.
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival.
Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 15 days after receipt.
Please report damage, shortages or product issues in writing within 5 days of receiving your order.
Changes to Pricing & Products
Prices are subject to change without notice.
All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of shipping.
The Seller reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change packaging and any included documentation.
All orders are subject to availability.
Confidentiality
Wholesale prices and pricelists of the Seller’s products are confidential and are for the use of the Customer only.
Publishing or revealing the wholesale pricing of the Seller’s product line outside of the business of the Customer is strictly forbidden without prior written consent from the Seller.
Failure to preserve the Seller’s confidentiality in its wholesale pricing will result in the immediate and permanent termination of wholesale status of the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to seek compensation for any loss or damages that would result from any breach of confidentiality.
