1. What Shipping Methods are Available
You are welcome to collect/send a courier company to collect on your behalf from our Johannesburg (Randburg) location. If you choose this option, kindly inform us if a courier will be collecting on your behalf. Collection details will be emailed to you once your order is ready. We also offer locker to locker delivery and standard courier services throughout South Africa. Please allow for 3-5 working days for courier purposes. Outlying areas may incur a longer delivery time. We reserve the right to change delivery prices at any time.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
3. How long will it take to get my package?
We ship only on business days. Business days are from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed after 12 P.M. will be processed the following business day. For in-stock items, we take up to 2 working days for packing & processing, prior to dispatch. This is effective from receipt of payment. Should we need to manufacture stock, please allow for a further 10-12 working days manufacturing time (excluding courier). Please feel free to contact us to query stock levels/current lead times as these do change during busier times. PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 WORKING DAYS FOR PACKING & PROCESSING PRIOR TO COLLECTION/DESPATCH.
4. Do you offer bulk/wholesale pricing?

5. I am looking for a specific colour. Can you help?
We can source other paper colours on request. Drop us an email at info@krinklepaperco.com and let’s chat.
6. How much crinkle paper will I need?
A 500g bag of shredded paper can fill roughly 10 boxes 30x20x5cm. How much you end up using depends on the overall look you want and and padding required for your package. If you are unsure, send us a mail with your box sizes and we will do a test for you.
7. Is your paper food grade?
Not at this time. You can use it with packaged food items though
8. Do you have a store I can visit?
Not yet. All our sales are via our online shop - shop now
9. Is your crinkle paper environmentally friendly?
Yes! We offer reusable, recyclable and biodegradable options and source PEFC & FSC certified paper unless otherwise specified on the listing. This allows you to maintain your environmental responsibility to your customers. Where our packaging is not biodegradable we ensure your shipment is carbon offset by making a donation to a carbon offset project through Ecocart.
