Wholesale Terms & FAQs

Minimum Order Quantity
We supply crinkle paper in 100g retail bags for resale.
Minimum wholesale order: 200 x 100g bags (20kg total).

Wholesale Pricing

All prices are in ZAR.

Approved wholesale customers receive 50% off the RRP, plus shipping.

RRP: R35 per 100g bag → Wholesale: R17.50 per 100g bag.

Lead Times

Orders take 5–10 working days from payment to completion.

Larger orders may require additional time, especially during peak seasons.

Shipping

Shipping is charged separately.

We use various local couriers or you may arrange your own collection.

We are not responsible for courier delays.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Damages & Defects

Inspect all merchandise upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be noted with the courier at the time of delivery.

Notify us in writing within 5 days for claims on damage, shortages, or defects.

Returns must be made within 15 days for replacement.

Changes to Pricing & Products

Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders are fulfilled at the prices in effect at the time of shipping.

Packaging and included documentation may change without notice.

Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing is confidential and may not be shared without written consent.

Breach of confidentiality will result in termination of wholesale status and possible legal action.
